Nowe Dynasy is a cycling track designed by Janusz Kalbarczyk and put into use in Kamionek in 1972. This modern and multifunctional structure was the property of the Orzeł Sports Club. In its glory days the best Polish cyclists raced here, among others Czesław Lang, Mirosław Jurek and Szymon Kornacki. The last important contest took place here in 1985. The object was falling into ruin afterwards and was finally closed in 1995. Nearby, there is a modernistic sports hall of the Orzeł Sports Club, designed by outstanding Polish architects, Maciej Nowicki and Zbigniew Karpiński. A dilapidated velodrome was taken over several years ago by a group of adherents of the Christian Church. In 2018 it was entered into the municipal register of historic monuments.
In the photomontage there is a 1972 picture documenting tandem races during the individual and team Polish championships, placed against a background of a photograph showing a current condition of the Warsaw velodrome at Podskarbińska Street.
