Fine motor skills often do not involve consciousness, which makes them not sufficiently appreciated. However, the simplest gripping action is accompanied by complicated processes and tensions. We do them automatically, while for example watching a movie and eating popcorn. The authors of the exhibition have calculated that on average during a film screening a human hand performs the act of catching popcorn grains 2370 times.
